A. Incorporation Subcommittee (3 minutes)

B. Bike Plan Subcommittee + MTA/MNRR bikes-on-trains update (7 minutes):
-- Subcommittee progress on structure for bike plan implementation,
including last week's meeting with Mike Piscitelli
-- Current budget issues
-- Science Hill
-- National Train Day follow-up activities and bikes-on-trains lobbying effort

C. Traffic Enforcement Subcommittee (7 minutes):
-- Accident reports and moment of silence
-- Progress on NHPD bicycle liaison and 4/30 meeting with NHPD
-- Yale traffic safety group update
-- Discussion of overall ECC strategy for crosswalk improvements and enforcement

D. Education Subcommittee (5 minutes)
-- Review of progress, ECC outreach/safety brochure draft, long-term
plan for ad agency piece, op-eds, summer jamboree schedule.

E. LAB Accreditation Initiative (3 minutes):
-- Brief review of media coverage and LAB comments.

F. ECC Neighborhood Initiative (3 minutes):
-- Individual reports on Community Management Team outreach efforts
