2) City-wide Summer Bicycling Event/Festival - July 19 (7 minutes).
-- Updates on event planning progress.

3) Subcommittee Activities

A. Incorporation Subcommittee (2 minutes)
-- General update

B. Bike Plan Subcommittee + MTA/MNRR bikes-on-trains + LAB Application (12 min.):
-- Subcommittee progress on structure for bike plan implementation,
including meeting with Mike Piscitelli
-- Science Hill Update
-- National Train Day follow-up activities and bikes-on-trains
lobbying effort, Mayor's letter to Governor on the issue
-- Progress on items affecting LAB accreditation next year, e.g.,
racks at schools, Safe Routes to School progress, bike routes,
coordination issues

C. Traffic Enforcement Subcommittee (12 minutes):
-- Accident reports
-- Continued progress on NHPD bicycle liaison and 4/30 meeting with NHPD
-- New Haven Safe Streets Coalition and Yale traffic safety group updates; call for volunteers
-- Discussion of overall ECC strategy and/or targeted responses to accidents

D. Education Subcommittee (5 minutes)
-- Review of progress, past and future BTW breakfasts, ECC
outreach/safety brochure draft, long-term plan for ad agency piece,
op-eds, summer jamboree schedule.

E. ECC Neighborhood Initiative (3 minutes):
-- Individual reports on Community Management Team outreach efforts
