The Westville Ride is a monthly event leaving from the Mitchell Library parking lot on Harrison St. on the third Thursday of each month.
The route will be down Harrison, east on Fountain and then Whalley.
Then we will go through the park on the path that is closed to cars.
We will then either take the shortcut to Edgewood Ave. just before
the bridge, or continue on until the end. Either way, we will
proceed west on Edgewood and ride through Westville. Eventually,
we'll make our way to Dayton Street Apizza at the corner of Whalley
and Dayton Streets.
I'd like to use that opportunity to gather and meet other New Haven
cyclists, get something to eat, talk about cycling events and hand
out flyers, chat about cycling news in the city, or just sit and talk
about anything. This will help strengthen our bonds as Elm City
cyclists.
